All orders from Boat and RV Accessories may be returned within 30 days from date purchase for a full refund less shipping charges, and a 20% restocking fee if the item is not in its original condition. In order to return or exchange (under the warranty guidelines described below) all or part of your order, you must contact us at 866-204-7049. Failure to call before sending return may result in a delay of your refund.
All returned merchandise must be in the original manufacturer’s packaging including manuals, accessories, cables, etc. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt date. Returns must be received within 30 days after authorization approved. We will charge a 20% restocking fee on items not returned in original condition. Units to be returned should be packed carefully. Any item valued over $100 is recommended to be insured. You may use any major carrier to return the item, please provide us with a tracking number to ensure delivery.

We agree to repair or replace, at our sole discretion, a defective product if returned to us within 30 days or purchase date and accompanied by proof of purchase This warranty does not extend to any of our products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring or to use in violation of operating instructions furnished by us, nor extended to any units altered or repaired for warranty defect by anyone other than Boat and RV Accessories. This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products. After the initial 30 days all warranty related issues will be handled by the manufacturer. Contact us and we will provide details of where to send a defective product.
