2. HOW ARE MARINE FRIDGES AND FREEZERS SHIPPED?
All normal orders placed on our website have a one- to two-day handling time. Expedited marine fridge orders will ship out the same day as long as they're in stock and the order is placed by 2:00 PM EST. All of our orders default to the cheapest shipping option for the customer.
3. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ON MARINE FRIDGES?
We're confident you'll love your marine refrigerator and be delighted with your purchase. But if you find you need to return it, you can certainly do so. According to our return policy, all of our orders must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Before you return or exchange your marine refrigerator, you must contact us at 866-204-7049. Failure to call before sending the item back may result in a delay of your refund. Additionally, we'll charge a 20% restocking fee on marine fridges and freezers not returned in their original condition.
