Description
This is a magnesium RV Anode Rod with Drain, it is a sacrificial rod that extends the life of your water heater tank by absorbing the corrosion causing particles in the water. In turn, the water corrodes the rod instead of your water heater tank. This product is compatible with Atwood-style aluminum water heaters. The 5/8-inch OD magnesium anode rod is 4-1/2-inches long and has 1/2-inch NPT threads. Featuring an internal drain valve, allowing you to drain your water heater without tools.
